Registration applications are processed in the order in which they are received.

Each form is dated upon arrival in our office.

The application fee is non-refundable, unless we are unable to place your child in a class by the start of school.

Families will receive confirmation of their child's placement either in a class, or on a waiting list.   3 year old placement confirmations are mailed in December.  4 year old and Transitional Kindergarten placement confirmations are sent at the end of January.  Your contract card is included in this mailing.

By March 1st your contract card for the school year must be returned and a tuition deposit is due.

Over the summer families receive their child's class assignment, an invitation to Parent Orientation Night (in early September), our calendar and other essential information.



ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Penfield Village Nursery School and Kindergarten admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin, without discrimination on any basis.


AGE REQUIREMENTS:

To register for our 3 YEAR OLD PROGRAM:  your child must TURN 3 YEARS OLD BY DECEMBER 1st  of the year in which they will attend.

To register for our 4 YEAR OLD PROGRAM:  your child must TURN 4 YEARS OLD BY DECEMBER 1st of the year in which they will attend.

To register for our TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM: your child must TURN 5 YEARS OLD BY DECEMBER 1st of the year in which they will attend.


HEALTH FORM REQUIREMENT:

It is a state requirement that a completed doctor's health form be submitted PRIOR to the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL.
