Professional Journey
I am happy to be part of the Penfield Village Nursery School & Kindergarten Program. My background includes a bachelor’s degree in English from Nazareth University as well as a Pre-Kindergarten to sixth grade General Education Teacher, I have a master’s degree in special education also from Nazareth. I have spent the past thirty years working with children in both general education and special education as either a teacher, teacher leader or an Early Interventionalist. I love learning about the best ways to engage and empower children. Education is truly my passion.
Beyond the Classroom
When I am not working, I love to write and recently published my first book and am working on my second book. My husband and I have three grown children, a fun-loving dog and a sailboat. I love to cook, entertain, sail and read.
