2026-2027 Registration Opens Monday Dec. 1st
Please read through the procedures featured below for more detailed information. You’ll also find a link to access our Registration Application for the 2026 – 2027 school year. Registration opens November 1st for current families, November 17th for alumni families and December 1st for new families.

Registration applications are processed in the order in which they are received, beginning once the registration window opens.
$100 application fee is due at time of application. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Families will receive confirmation of their child’s placement either in a class, or on a waiting list by December 19th.
Tuition deposits are due February 16th.
Tuition Deposits:
Tuition deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that you choose to withdraw your child for any reason, the deposit will not be returned and cannot be applied to another student or future enrollment. We appreciate your understanding and commitment as we plan and allocate resources for the upcoming school year.
2s, 3s and TK - $200 Tuition Deposit due February 16th
4s - $500 Tuition Deposit due February 16th
Tuition:
Tuition (see below) is due the 1st of the month beginning 8/1/26. Tuition is paid ONE month in advance (ex. September tuition is paid in August, May tuition is paid in April)
Payments received after the 10th are considered late and a $25 late fee will be applied.
Quarterly payments are due: 8/1, 11/1, 1/1, 3/1

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Penfield Village Nursery School & Kindergarten admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin, without discrimination on any basis.
AGE REQUIREMENTS:
2-year-old program: Your child must turn 2 years old by September 1st of the year in which they will attend.
3-year-old program 2 or 3 day: Your child must turn 3 years old by December 1st of the year in which they will attend. Independent bathroom skills are encouraged.
3-year old program- 4 day: Your child must be 3 by September 1st and be fully potty trained.
4-year-old program: Your child must turn 4 years old by December 1st of the year in which they will attend.
Transitional Kindergarten: Your child must turn 5 years old by December 1st of the year in which they will attend. Busing options are provided by your school district.
HEALTH FORM REQUIREMENT:
