Register Your Child Now For 2025-26!
Please read through the procedures featured below for more detailed information. You’ll also find a link to access our Registration Application for the 2025 – 2026 school year. Registration opens November 1st for current families, November 18th for alumni families and December 2nd for new families. Please submit online or print and return the registration form in our Parent Drop Box.
Registration applications are processed in the order in which they are received, beginning once the registration window opens.
The $100 application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, unless we are unable to place your child in a class by the start of school.
Families will receive confirmation of their child’s placement either in a class, or on a waiting list by December 21st.
If you would like your child added to our wait list, please contact us, with your name, child’s name, child’s date of birth and the best number to reach you. There is no charge to be added to the waitlist.
By February 1st, your contract card, and non-refundable tuition deposit will be due.
Tuition Deposits:
2s, 3s and TK - Tuition Deposit (see below) due February 1st
4s - Tuition Deposit (see below) due February 1st (or HALF due 1/1 and HALF due 2/1)
Tuition:
Tuition (see below) is due the 1st of the month beginning 8/1/25. Tuition is paid ONE month in advance (ex. September tuition is paid in August, May tuition is paid in April)
Payments received after the 10th are considered late and a $10 late fee will be applied.
Quarterly payments are due: 8/1, 11/1, 1/1, 3/1

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Penfield Village Nursery School & Kindergarten admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin, without discrimination on any basis.
AGE REQUIREMENTS:
2-year-old program: Your child must turn 2 years old by September 1st of the year in which they will attend.
3-year-old program 2 or 3 day: Your child must turn 3 years old by December 1st of the year in which they will attend. Independent bathroom skills are encouraged.
3-year old program- 4 day: Your child must be 3 by September 1st and be fully potty trained.
4-year-old program: Your child must turn 4 years old by December 1st of the year in which they will attend.
Transitional Kindergarten: Your child must turn 5 years old by December 1st of the year in which they will attend. Busing options are provided by your school district.
HEALTH FORM REQUIREMENT:
