We, the undersigned, agree to pay Penfield Village Nursery School & Kindergarten the full tuition for the 2024-2025 school year for our child. Please select your preference as to how you will be paying tuition below.
Monthly tuition is due at the first of the month, starting September 1st, for 9 months.
Quarterly tuition is due September 1st, November 1st, February 1st, and April 1st.
Annual tuition is due September 1st.
A late fee of $10 will be added if tuition is not received by the 10th of the month in which tuition is due.
We also agree to pay the penalty fee of one (1) months tuition if we withdrawal our child after this contact card is signed.
