I, the undersigned, agree to pay Penfield Village Nursery School & Kindergarten the full tuition for the 2026-2027 school year for my child.
Monthly tuition is due at the first of the month, starting September 1st, for 9 months.
Quarterly tuition is due September 1st, November 1st, January 1st, and March 1st.
Annual tuition is due September 1st.
A late fee of $25 will be added if tuition is not received by the 10th of the month in which tuition is due.
If I withdrawal my child after this contact card is signed I agree to pay the penalty fee of one (1) months tuition. Furthermore, I acknowledge the tuition deposit and registration/application fee is also forfeited in full.
